Contacted customer services near the beginning of my policy to ensure that I'd insured myself correctly for what I had intended to do. They were more than happy to walk me through it and answer any of my questions. Contacted them shortly after to make an adjustment to the policy and there was next to no wait time for the call to be answered, and the change was made immediately - whole experience in less than 10 minutes.
