Life made simple

My Minature schnauzer Hugo was 10 when I choose scratch and patch, without illness for his 10 years and within weeks of taking the policy he became lame and had to get a series of tests and X-rays ubder anesthetic. Having never claimed any insurance before Scratch and Patch advisors talked my through the claims process and took everything in hand, making a very worrying time a little easier. My boy was fine and I have the piece of mind to know that I'm dealing with a company who are all for their clients in their worst times. Reviewed on: 15th September 2025
