Premium increase. Reason not satisfactory.

Premium increase. The agent I spoke to said that spain has come on to the list of destinations where it is more likely that holiday makers make a claim. Surely if i haven't from the previous years this is irrelevant to me? Also you offer a 20% returning customer discount but also offering a 20% new customer discount.
