Transparent costs, excellent customer service and superb online banking.

The customer service and support we've received has been great. The internet banking is easy to use and accessible. I'm also impressed with the levels of security - it's secure without being too difficult to access regularly. Banking costs are very transparent as is the cost of borrowing. Downside was the period of time taken to open the account - it took in excess of 2 months to get to account operational due to backload. Reviewed on: 13th January 2016

Great Internet Banking

I changed to Lloyds from Santander a number of years ago and I have to admit that they're brill. Charges are minimal and easily explained. I get a text if I ever go overdrawn unexpectedly and have until 3pm to rectify it. The internet banking is great - so accessible and easy to use. I wouldn't bank anywhere else.
