No courtesy car provided!!

I have paid as an optional extra to be provided with a courtesy car in the event mine is damaged or stolen. Its been a week now since my car was stolen and I am still without a replacement vehicle. Utterly disgusted that they will happily take your money and not provide the service you've paid for! I will not be renewing my policy with these charlatans, and certainly will never recommend them to anyone else! Reviewed on: 19th September 2025
