Dealing with a query

I had an online chat today over a query with my motor policy. The agent who dealt with this was Tara J (TJ2), who answered my query and was very clear and on the ball. I would say though that you might need some more agents, I waited some time to get through to the front of the queue - I started at number 34 in line. Reviewed on: 24th September 2025
