Friendly, patient and professional.

Friendly, patient and professional guidance given by Neil at Rugby’s branch of Hinckley & Rugby Building Society today when I opened my first Cash ISA account with them, taking time to explain my options in simple terms. The whole process gave me peace of mind, my questions were all answered clearly and I left feeling satisfied my money is in a safe place. Reviewed on: 20th May 2026

Friendly faces and good advice.

Friendly faces greeted me as I attended the Rugby branch this morning. Neil brought my savings book up to date and then gave me guidance on other accounts that might interest me in the future. His advice was delivered in a gentle manner. Reviewed on: 25th September 2025
