an exercise too far

I feel the whole name change thing was an unnecessary exercise. As it was ok before. And still saying formally jn bank. So why even bother with the name change? Reviewed on: 15th April 2026

Our relaunch was more than a name change - it included a new app, online banking experience, a redesigned website, and a range of behind-the-scenes improvements to create a more modern banking experience for our customers.
