Competitive & Considerate Insurance Company

Competitively priced quote sent by post, straightforward English used so easy to understand, auto renewal in case I forget so I don’t have to worry about driving uninsured. A change of car sorted by a quick phone call. Everyone is so polite and friendly. They are happy to slow down if they speak too quickly for you or to repeat anything or explain in a different way if you need them to. Very helpful and considerate to customers. Reasonably priced, fast no quibble service

They did not quibble when I had to claim on my travel insurance for two accidents I had whilst on a cruise. Their quote had been very reasonable and they were very kind when I spoke to them and paid my claim very quickly with no fuss. Reviewed on: 25th September 2025
