Knowledgable staff, helpful and very professional. Felt they had time to listen and discuss mine and my husband’s options. Gave clear advice/information and didn’t do a ‘hard sell’ as we wanted to consider our options. Felt we got value for money as we took up our insurance during the well advertised discount month.
