Always polite very happy to help I have not been rushed when I have phoned and always happy to help me even when I have asked for them to repeat and go back over information when I have not been sure what was said, and then not just a thank you an put phone down, they always ask how are you an have a lovely conversation before saying goodbye Reviewed on: 25th September 2025
