Loyalty!

As a long term customer with no claims I would expect the best renewal price. However year on year the costs go up and when I contact customer service I am able to agree a much better price. It would be so much better if you rewarded loyalty and gave the best price as you do for new customers or based on years with the company and claims experience Reviewed on: 25th September 2025
