Very polite and friendly agent on the phone, So helpful she even suggested a way to make my car insurance cheaper, The whole experience left me wishing I’d gone to saga sooner after experiencing rip off rates and a takeover leave attitude from Direct Line who’d I’d previously been with for many years.
