Exceptional customer support and competitive account

I feel the savings accounts all competitive but more importantly for me the customer service I have received has been exceptional. I also believe that by saving with saffron building Society, I am supporting their investment in my local community. They have made me feel like they really care about me as one of their customers. Excellent customer service

I locked myself out of my account which will customer service agent resolved very quickly, even though I couldn’t remember my account number. They also managed to set up the maturity request for me to save me having to try and log back in which was great. They were very polite and efficient. Reviewed on: 26th September 2025
