Exemplary customer service and competitive pricing

I have insured my car for over 10 years with Saga Insurance and have always found their prices to be very competitive but, almost as important, their customer service team over the telephone to be kind, patient and considerate - which, frankly, is almost as important to an elderly person than the price alone. Thankfully I have not had (as yet) cause to make a claim against my insurance, but I have no doubt that were I to do so my claim would be sensitively and speedily dealt with.
