Suspicious follow up emails after purchase!

Online purchase seemed pretty straightforward. however, after purchase there were emails from a different company asking for further details regarding finance. As these emails came from a completely different company with a name not mentioned in the purchase I found it suspicious. It took a lot of time to determine whether the emails and requests were genuine. Lifesure should make it clear that there will be follow up emails from their finance provider.
