major problem with PHONE CONTACT and call back service took hours. The MUSIC while waiting KNOCKING ON HEAVENS DOOR ( instrumental) Guns and Roses good job it’s not health insurance. The volume was very loud every time your on hold. The were excellent in my experience again by staff vert consise. NO INSURANCE BROKER COMPANY EVER GIVE YOU THE BEST STRAIGHT AWAY WHY ?
