Good value coupled with excellent Customer Service

Telephone calls are always answered promptly, and by a real person! Staff are courteous and professional, happy to clarify aspects of the policy where needed. There appears to be no extra cost for running an older (tho well-maintained) car. As an older driver, I feel more valued with Saga. I'm happy to renew each year. Thank you. SAGA Motor Insurance - Excellent

SAGA Customer Service staff answer phone calls very promptly, and are always courteous & helpful. On my latest renewal, I was guided to a more comprehensive policy, better suited to my needs. I like the option to fix the premium for 3 years. Reviewed on: 1st October 2025
