Awful and unfair charges and customer service who do...

Awful and unfair charges and customer service who don't care! Bought a policy with them 23 days ago. I had to unexpectedly sell my car. Goskippy are trying to charge me £75 cancellation fee £118.45 - ‬£5.15/day instead of the £1.42/day pro-rata charge Customer service attitude: "It's set in our terms and conditions - do you want me to read them to you?" Complaint raised to their GoSkippy complaints department and will submit a complaint to the Financial Ombudsman if there's no resolution with fair cancellation charges! Reviewed on: 3rd October 2025
