Slow, understaffed and overpriced for what you get.

Slow, understaffed and overpriced for what you get. £3000 a year for a platform where you hold for an hour, on multiple days. Cheerful staff if you do get through but the scripts are hopeless. Eg They have to ask me about the utterly useless Pensionwise every call, many times a year, yet ive already read the annual b.s info pack, every year. Processing is super slow.
