Great service

Used good to go travel insurance for a cruise and found all communication to be straightforward and prompt. We were contacted before the cruise with useful information to make sure we knew what to do if we needed to use the insurance. Very good customer service. Reviewed on: 21st September 2026

First class customer service

When I was shopping for travel insurance and comparing companies Goodtogo was by far the best price. When I checked my documents I discovered that autofil had entered wrong information. I contacted Goodtogo who amended it very efficiently. I had to contact them again when my wife received an appointment for cataract surgery. That was also sorted out very efficiently.
