Vanquis has added a fee to my account of £102.

Vanquis has added a fee to my account of £102.12 saying it is Promomotional Cash Interest without any authority. I am really annoyed about it and can prove it is not a genuine fee. I am still waiting for it to be credited back to my account. They say they are writing to me to explain. I am still waiting for letter. I have been a good customer for many years and I am disgusted with the way they are acting. If they insist on this payment will pay it and immediately close my account. Reviewed on: 20th May 2026
