Good ISA rates, easy app to access.

Good ISA rates, easy app to access. Transfer was a pain as my previous provider wasn't able to work with Tembo, but was quick when I got to a provider that does work. A little concerned about app security, as when the email is generated, and if phone has been stolen, the email login makes it very easy to gain access to account. Would rather they used facial recognition/touch ID every time as well as the email thing. Reviewed on: 3rd February 2026

Always had good experience with Craftinsure, I've used them for a number of years now. Had a claim about 20 years ago and that was dealt with quickly and efficiently, and I was back on the water in less than a week. I can't comment about the claims process now. I was concerned when they were taken over by Ripe that my premiums would significantly increase, but was pleasantly surprised to find the renewal was the cheapest and offered comparative cover to other providers.
