Appalling service from start to finish

I had to make a claim on my car insurance and staff at One Call Insurance were incompetent. I had sent images of the damage as requested by them and they constantly messaged and emailed me asking me to send them. Then they asked for my V5 which I duly sent and once again I was bombarded with texts. They also said I was not entitled to a courtesy car, even though my policy stated that I was as a premium customer. The number of calls and repeated requests for information that was already given to them at the very start was irritating and stressful. All in all the worst customer experience I have ever encountered. Reviewed on: 15th September 2026

worst company and experience in my entire life.

It has been the worst experience in my entire life. Totally incompetent and inefficient. The name One call should be changed to Neverending Calls and no positive results, I will not be using it recommending them again. You can contact me for further information as I find repeating this tiresome and stressful.
