Be very careful with Ensure Car Insurance!

Be very careful with Ensure Car Insurance! They charged me £880 for changing my car and adding a new driver without my authorisation. I never signed or agreed to pay this — I believed it was just my annual renewal fee. Two months later, I discovered they had increased my monthly payments to £912, without ever sending me new contract documents or asking for my approval. They took the money directly from my account and refused to refund me when I questioned it. I have a 10-year-old car and a clean driving licence for 20 years — who would ever agree to pay £912 a month for insurance like this? They play with words and take your money without consent.
