Excellent customer service

While arranging my car insurance with Saga, I encountered a technical issue when trying to make the payment online. I contacted customer services, and they were able to process the payment over the phone. However, I later noticed I had been overcharged. A representative promptly called me back to explain the situation and arranged for a refund via cheque to correct the overpayment. Despite the initial hiccup, the customer service was excellent; responsive, courteous, and efficient. I'm also pleased with the quote, which saved me around £75 compared to last year.
