No benefit to banking with them

I've been with HSBC for years but am seriously considering switching. So many other banks offer incentives for switching but HSBC offer nothing for staying. Interest rates are poor and it's a nightmare if you want to speak to someone - ring them up and you're put on hold before speaking to someone based on the other side of the world, go into a branch and it's filled with machines with no staff to be seen! Friendly customer service

Had an accident last year and they were very pleasant to deal with on the phone. It was the first time I'd had to deal with something like that and they made it all very easy. Only downside was that it took months on end to get it sorted. Reviewed on: 9th August 2015
