PerfectPet PerfectService!

I have had to contact perfectpet several times for updates to my insurance due to relationship breakdowns and house moves and they have been incredibly empathetic and helpful every time. They didn't charge me for changing my address and when I decided I wanted to cancel and shop around (after cut off!) they honoured it without judgement or charge. I have now set up another plan with them and hope to stay long term. Reviewed on: 13th October 2025
