Good price and easy-to-use digital platform.

I haven't had to make a claim, but I've used One Call for my car insurance for about 5 years running as I find the price good value and the platform is user-friendly. I did find they quoted cheaper once or twice when I came back at renewal time and pointed out I'd found cheaper quotes elsewhere; it would be best if they just gave me the cheapest quote in the first place. That's the only negative I've experienced. Reviewed on: 14th October 2025
