Please beware of this company!

Please beware that this company is built on unethical practices. After an introductory year they increase direct debits by 400%. When you complain they tell you they will make a £30 surcharge for ending the policy. When they send their plumbers to check your boiler, they will find a small issue, in my case a small grommet that needed replacing, and they will tell you the charge will be £150. (I didn't follow their crooked advice and I had it replaced for a fraction of that amount by an ethical plumber.) I encourage you to avoid these cowboys, there are far more transparent and ethical competitors offering a much higher quality of service, even if you pay a little more, you'll be saving money in the long run! I also notice that their very poor customer service consists of little more than writing the same cut and pasted message under every negative review: Hello, We apologize for all the trouble. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience. We will take this on board and make sure this instance doesn’t take place again. Your concern has been directed to the complaints team. They will investigate thoroughly and get back to you asap. Kindly bear with us until then. Reviewed on: 16th October 2025
