Worst Car insurance company ever.

Worst Car insurance company ever. Bought a new car, tried to change cover to new car, there response " we cannot provide cover for your new car " so I am left with no option but cancel the policy, so simple ? but no, got to do it online and wait for a call back, then charge you £75 cancellation plus extra other fees making it £88 just to cancel, why do I have to pay to cancel because you cant offer cover on my new car ? not my fault you cant cover it, but told by guy on the phone " its not our fault you bought a new car either" what crap is that, discussing reply from a company representative Total rip-off, I will be contacting financial ombudsman, watchdog and any other organisation I can to bring this rubbish to light, totally unacceptable, never again will i uses this company.
