My wife and I have recently had the pleasure of dealing with Paula Marshall regarding our BTL mortgage application, and I could not be more pleased or impressed with the outstanding service we received. Paula has demonstrated high levels of professionalism, coupled with a very much appreciated personal attentiveness. She has been incredibly responsive, efficient, and helpful throughout the process. Paula's communication has been clear and prompt; she has taken the time to clarify any questions I have posed in what has been a new experience for us and has kept us informed at every stage, ensuring everything progressed smoothly. It has been reassuring to know our application was in capable hands. Paula’s approachable manner and attention to detail made what could have been a stressful process much easier. This level of one-to-one personal attention is unusual in this 'virtual age' but it is very much welcomed.
