Disgusting customer service.

Disgusting customer service. They autorenewed with double premium without notifying. When contacted they charged £71, for what??? They will ignore your emails and delay, so that they can threaten stating debt recovery, while you are still waiting for their response. Do not use Marshmallow insurance.
