Review of the Tesco Bank, Car insurance:

Very poor customer and complaint service

There's a reason it's cheap insurance. Which is fine if you don't have to claim. They use a network of repairers that don't know what they are doing. Blaming everyone else! No response to emails. It took over 3 months to get my car repaired. They use the"rapid repair network" ironically. Tesco complaints dept said my complaint wasn't up here, it was other people???
