The bank fails to provide straightforward, automatic bank statements, making necessary accounting and professional documentation a "painful process" and creating unnecessary administrative work. The experience was so frustrating that they deleted the app and are moving their business finances to a different bank, warning others not to rely on Monzo for professional use.
