I was doing my car insurance policy online with this company and by last step couldn't get trough with no reason and I got a message saying I need to contact with one of they agent I called and I been told that they are very busy right now I should try again later again and phone was disconnected and I called next day again I been told one of my information ware incorrect they will send me an email I just need to replay with the right information and it will be sorted for me but I never received any email after all I was holding nearly 1 hour on the phone as their line is so rubbish westing peoples time very disappointed avoid this company.
