Awful customer service, no reply to emails, no reply...

Awful customer service, no reply to emails, no reply to messages. Currently unable to access funds so I cannot pay my care home fees. Absolutely shocking lack of care for a loyal customer. Banking Ombudsman is now involved. DO NOT TRUST THIS BANK WITH YOUR MONEY Reviewed on: 13th November 2025
