Excellent customer service from Neil.

Excellent customer service from Neil. Took time to explain products, answered all questions with clear information. He was exceptionally pleasant, knowledgeable, very respectful and patient. Excellent, very efficient and friendly. I have used many products from Hinckley and Rugby over the years, as I find them most reliable.
