Excellent, very efficient and friendly. I have used many products from Hinckley and Rugby over the years, as I find them most reliable. Neil was, as always, very pleasant, took time to explain the products I was interested in, answered all my questions thoroughly and with great patience. Reviewed on: 22nd November 2025
