Hidden Charges! BEWARE!!!!!!

So the AA Car Insurance advertise their cancellation fee as £30.00 which is a lot lower than the other insurance providers. So I went with them, I wish I hadnt done this now! So when I go to cancel I was expecting £30.00 plus any additional for cover up until my Cancellation date. So guessed no more than £50.00. How wrong was I!!! For just over 6 weeks of insurance (no claims made during this time) they expect me to pay in total £164.00 for 6 weeks and 2 days of cover! Sorry I am refusing to pay this, this was all apparently hidden in my small print and terms and conditions according to their customer service teams and they wont investigate this further. I have reported them to BBC Watchdog and the FOS and I warn you now: AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! They are not open on a Sunday, which for me is weird for a car insurance company! Also they make you pay for anything you need to return to them and you do have to return signatures to them! Which soon adds up! There are also hundreds of BAD / Negative reviews about their insurance part out there if you search for them! I WISH I KNEW THIS ALL BEFORE!!!!! Spend more with someone else and get a better service. Reviewed on: 31st December 2016
