Appalling service from the RAC,.

Appalling service from the RAC, don't believe their advertised response time of 60 minutes. Reported breakdown and initially quoted 4-6 hour wait. Rang them to ask if they could do it any quicker as had to take daughter somewhere and then had an update saying be 6-8 hours now. Rang again to see what was going on, told escalation team ring me back immediately, they didn't, but had text to say wait will be 24 hours now!!! Rang again to say needed take daughter somewhere and also take her to school early in morning so couldn't wait 24 hours and told I'm not priority and no manager available. Should be able to ring me back tomorrow Reviewed on: 30th November 2025
