Rubbish company.

Rubbish company. They tried to claim i needed work doing, when it didn't. Coincidentally the 'extra' work was not covered and I needed to pay before any of the covered work was to be completed. Extorting money out of people. Policies are cheap for a reason, stay clear. My ref is MS735237 Promised a call by a manager to resolve the issue. No phone call. The only correspondence has been from their complaints department telling me they'll charge me £70 to leave them, despite all their failings. Reviewed on: 2nd December 2025
