When doing the debt consolidation within the mortgag...

When doing the debt consolidation within the mortgage it is a real pain having to provide updated statements on a regular basis until completion. There is clearly a trust issue with the society and its customers. I just cannot understand the necessary requirements for the society to settle these directly? Probably a minority of customers not doing the right thing and the majority of customers being affected by it. The society really needs to review this policy. Reviewed on: 4th December 2025
