Something that could be better

Experience is okay. Their chatbot can probably answer most basic questions. Their interface could be slightly more intuitive. Switching all my direct debits over was actually impossible so I had to contact every provider individually which is annoying. I bought the ultra because I'm going travelling, thinking their travel insurance policy was pretty robust, but turns out it's not fit for purpose for backpackers. Quite disappointing and nothing alternative was provided by their insurance provider Chubb who was quite unhelpful in giving a solution. Reviewed on: 10th December 2025
