Absolutely terrible company!

Absolutely terrible company! Had an MOT with one of their vouchers you get from bri bf a member, I had the MOT with an EAC approved garage and the garage are chasing me for the money as RAC are ignoring them! I’ve now called around 12 times and emailed 10 in the past month they’ve offered no compensation at all and still haven’t invoiced the garage! The stress levels are next level.
