First and last experience using the RAC

I’ve had to use the AA several times over the years with a works van and never waited more than 50 minutes, unfortunately for me today I needed the RAC , called them at around 4:30pm , estimated time of arrival 21:30 - 11:30 pm , and that was to survey the vehicle even though I explained that the power steering had failed and it couldn’t be driven ( aux belt broken ) .
