I placed a shared ownership case with Newbury recently and was very pleased with the service, from my initial enquiry with Will Humphries on the BDM help desk to submitting the case and the underwriter, Jill Bennett being very attentive. Any messages and documents that I sent were acted upon swiftly and the offer was issued within the expected timescale. Reviewed on: 19th December 2025
