Habito - great help to first time buyer!

I came to Habito after being let down last minute by my original broker: I was very stressed! Kris from Habito has been excellent: he's showed me his research, explained my options, even shown me the potential rates I could get with direct-lender offers (so I knew the full range of options). He modelled a few different mortgages based on a potential contract extension and what that would mean for my rates. Most importantly, he follows up exactly when he says he will, I'm quite a meticulous/anxious person and had a lot of questions that my original broker wouldn't help with, but Kris was excellent and I'm really happy.
