The staff in my local branches are extremely pleasan...

The staff in my local branches are extremely pleasant and welcoming. It is one of the few places that actually supply a book. The staff go above and beyond, and never appear to want to rush you, reminiscent of how the banks and building societies used to be in days gone by. Reviewed on: 13th January 2026
