My experiences with Shawbook Banking have been entirely positive. Excellent rates and highly efficient processes! The app is intuitive and clean. I have rated the customer service as good although in truth, because everything has worked so smoothly for me from the start, I have not had call to make use of this. Reviewed on: 14th January 2026
