I was a bit apprehensive at first about joining an online only bank. but I did some research and decided to ‘give it a go’. That was over 10 years ago and I have been a satisfied customer ever since. I find it so easy to use and if I do ever have a query they deal with it quickly and efficiently. I also find their interest rates to be reasonable and competitive. Reviewed on: 14th January 2026
